FITNESS & LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT

After you have completed the Fitness & Lifestyle Assessment our client success manager will reach out to you and arrange your first session with a suitable coach.

STEP 3

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM DESIGN

We will conduct an initial movement screen and check for any potential limitations you may have. Based off this session we will then design a 3 month roadmap to get you started.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

To get started, simply fill out the FIND A TRAINER enquiry form and let us know what you are looking for.

Our client success manager will then reach out to you to arrange a FREE consultation with a suitable coach.

After your consultation you can proceed with the NEW CLIENT ONBOARDING steps and begin your training plan.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE FREE CONSULTATION?

The main goal of the consultation is to understand your individual needs and preferences. We will discuss your health & fitness goals, current fitness level, medical history, and any limitations or injuries you may have.

We then use this information to develop a personalized fitness plan and determine the best course of action for you.

 The consultation is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get to know the trainer.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM PERSONAL TRAINING?

Results are completely dependent on how well you stick to the plan. Most clients within the first 2-4 weeks start to feel more energised and focussed. It’s usually in the 2nd month where they start to see changes.

A lot of the coaching tools we use are designed to make positive lifestyle changes from day 1, so we hope you see results from the very beginning.

HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO TRAIN?

For optimal results we advise clients to train 3-5x times per week. Anything less than this will most likely produce little to no results.

DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITION GUIDANCE?

Yes, we do a detailed nutrition overview with each client and provide nutrition support inline with your health & fitness goals.

Please note: We do not provide a diet plan, however we will give you suggested calorie and macronutrients targets based on your goals and activity levels.

HOW DO THE WEEKLY CHECK-INS WORK?

Every client is reminded to complete their check-in each Saturday.

Inside the coaching app you can log your progress photo’s and body measurements which will be sent to your coach to review.

In the weekly check-in you will be asked to log the following;

– Progress Photo’s (Front, Side, Back)

– Bodyweight (kg)

– Waist Circumference (cm)

– Hip Circumference (cm)

Please note: You will need a set of bathroom scales to measure your bodyweight and a measuring tape for your waist and hip measurements.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE CLIENTS WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR INJURIES?

Yes we have fully certified coaches who are competent to work with specific medical conditions and injury rehabilitation.

Please mention the specific details to the trainer on your consultation and please consult with your doctor before commencing a training plan.

DO I NEED TO HAVE GYM ACCESS TO START?

It is not essential to have access to a gym however we do advise you have access to some gym equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, as well as some options for cardio.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on 1:1 Personal Training sessions. Failure to cancel sessions within the 24 hour period will result in a charged session.

To reschedule a session you must also give 24 hours notice to your trainer in order to check their availability and arrange their schedule.

Please note: Rescheduling sessions are subject to trainer availability only.

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE COACHING OPTIONS?

Yes, we offer online coaching as well as hybrid coaching (a combination of in-person and online sessions).

For Online Coaching we have a 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

After completing the 12 Week Transformation Program you may continue training on our monthly coaching plan.
